  • REVIVE Spin Studio

    Take your cardio to the next level & get ready for the best ride of your life. Join us for a Revive spin studio class designed to boost your cardiovascular fitness and enhance your endurance. You are about to enter a high- energetic room equipped with state-of-the-art stationary bikes, allowing you to focus on your form and intensity.

    Class Structure:

    Warm-Up (5 minutes): Begin with a light pedal to increase your heart rate and prepare your muscles for the workout ahead.

    Climbing & Sprint Intervals (20 minutes): Alternate between climbing challenges and high-speed sprints. This section emphasizes strength and speed, pushing your limits while keeping you engaged.

    Endurance Ride (15 minutes): Maintain a steady pace over a longer duration to build stamina and endurance. The instructor will guide you through resistance adjustments to keep your effort levels high.

    Core & Cool Down (10 minutes): Finish with focused core exercises followed by a gradual cool-down to

    40 minutes of non stop free weights exercises.

    Core & Cool down (5 minutes) finish with focused core exercises followed by a cool down.

    Build muscle and enhance endurance with structured strength training sessions that incorporate free weights, resistance bands, and bodyweight exercises.

    it doesn’t matter if you’re a beginner or have been doing this for a while, you go at your own pace and we will modify the exercises based on your own fitness level.

    Class Structure;

    Warm -up (10 minutes) start with bodyweight and abs exercises to get your heart rate going.

    workout is divided into 4-5 different stations where each one is timed at 10 minutes.
